Working with the Traffic Coordinator and reporting directly to the Distribution Supervisor, verifies all warehouse transactions: inbound and outbound Finished Goods shipments, directing all trucking and load assignments with individual truck drivers. Process all daily warehouse transactions, including but not limited to: Inventory control, stock receipts, production stocking, stock pulls and customer order builds. Checks and verifies all warehouse transactions; verifies inventory control for shipments inbound and outbound Finished Goods. Verifies customer orders are loaded correctly and documented properly. Coordinates stock pulls and customer order build locations, stocks receipts and location staging. Fills out corporate quality check documents at random intervals as per corporate guidelines. Verifies all door assignments and facilitates load pick-ups with all drivers. Communicates load information to truck drivers; read pick tickets, shipping schedules and Bills of Lading. Identifies and isolates quality issues for all internal Finished Goods. Prepares the proper transfer documents and moves the product accordingly. Calculates loads, processes shipping weights and maintain inventory. Verifies that all safety checklists are properly filled out daily, reporting all discrepancies directly to the supervisor. Performs second blind count on all cycle counts for Finished Goods. Maintains distribution security, making sure that all entryways into the distribution facility are locked and/or watched to ensure no unauthorized entries occur.
Qualifications: Must have at least 3 years warehousing experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must possess moderate mathematical skills. (Addition, Subtraction, Division & Multiplication). Must be able to calculate loads, process shipping weights and maintain inventory. The Associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop and bend for extended periods of time and demonstrate adequate high-stacking skills. Must be able to pass Scotts Temecula Operations forklift exams and obtain a valid operator's license. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work the required shift. Must be able to work overtime. Job: Supply ChainEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
